High in the sky

Sadly Tabby one of the feral kittens became road kill today. Kent buried her out back behind the gardenia bush where the black kitten also is.

These guys where out in the sky all day today and the grayish sky made them great for snapping photos.

When I was out there my two babies followed me about. Most of the day Spirit had sat here by this mole hole waiting to catch it. Peace either napped or sat and watched. I watched them from the kitchen window as I worked away.

I made this 7 layer jello from a recipe that my mum emailed me. It uses condensed milk and so very very sweet. Not really a dessert but a kid treat thing. I also made what I call Stained Glass Cake but is really called Broken Window Glass Cake . Hadn't made it in years so wanted to practice before making it for Christmas!
