JUST CRUISING....

.... well after all the storms and rains, today was dry but overcast. Decided to head down to my "private wetlands" and see what was doing?

Found this family of duckies heading across the grass to check out the water. Mum and Dad got them in safely and they enjoyed the "training". Then along came a water fowl and seemed to wanting to cause trouble, but Mum or dad (not sure) scooted it off.... have a look in Flickr to see the fun. While there check out this pair of Murray Magpies who were in the branches watching Mum fossick for grubs below.
