Dawn

At 0700 hours this morning it was still very dark, with only the faintest glimmering of light to the East of us. By 0715 hours the sun had risen a little more and the bottom of some of the higher clouds were beginning to glow red suggesting that it was going to be a beautiful sunrise. The sky got progressively redder until this picture was taken at about 0755 hours and then very sharply all of the red vanished as the sun continued to rise until its light was above the clouds.
