Have you seen Kingdom of the Crystal Skull? Yes, yes... bad film, really bad addition to the Indiana Jones name but you have to see it to know how badly it doesn't belong in the Indy canon.

Anyway, there's a scene near the start where Indy and Shia Lebeof's character are riding a motor bike through a library. They go into a slide to get under tables and slide(stupidly obviously being pulled on strings) the length of the room sideways on the floor...

I witnessed with someone on the cycle path this morning. Wheel slid out, he caught it with his foot, went not too hard to the ground then comically slide 5 metres across the sheet ice. Stopped to check he was okay then couldn't get back on.
