I call on you, my friend.

This is Jamie. He works for Who Cares? Scotland - an organisation I sit on the board for - and today we were at a meeting together, with me in my work role. As well as being a colleague, he is also someone I'm proud to call a friend.

It was a really great meeting with the body which funds Universities and Colleges, and I have to admit I has reservations beforehand but was very happy with how the meeting went.

We're on the train back to Glasgow now, comparing our choice in knitwear and chatting about work. We're both so passionate about what we do and I love our wee catch-ups.
