Ostrich

Went out looking for something to do with my brother and we pass a sign that says Ostrich Jerky. We got excited and thought we could take a tour of an ostrich farm, but when we got there its not exactly an ostrich farm. There are 3 tiny ostriches, a lot of junk, and a little shack that has jerky and eggs.

This one was walking toward me, so I snapped a quick picture before it started running (they were NOT in a fenced area). I got my picture and we all got to taste ostrich jerky, then we ended up going to Julian and getting a couple of pies.

The day didn't go exactly as planned but we did have a good time and did get to at least see a little ostrich.
