I have only taken two photos today, nearly identical.

Before heading off to work I opened the bedroom curtains (obviously), to be greeted by a fabulous sky. Lovely turquoise and salmon pinks, with a deep yellow glow in the east.

So I grabbed my camera, opened the window - and this is the result. Of course it does not do it justice, but hey ho !

Driving east I considered stopping on the motorway to take more photos - well, no, not really ! But it was a fantastic sky, constantly evolving as the sun gradually climbed up beyond the horizon (and then was obliterated for the rest of the day)

Which just goes to show ....... Red Sky in the Morning, Shepherd's Warning !
