Cotton Field

Early morning sun highlights the little cotton field in our kitchen.

This was straight sunlight but initial shots came out orange. Changing the camera white balance to tungsten made the colors appear same as to the eye. Color correcting of the orange photo in Lightroom netted about the same result.

Attention needs to be paid to room wall color because it changes the reflected light. This was a nice lesson for me. All our rooms are siege.

After exercise class, spent the balance of the morning helping distribute the 142 Santa photos that had been printed.
