PLASTIC FANTASTIC

Being a cold SW day - an inside blip is required. I've been wanting to try this technique for a while so here we go !!

clear Plastic when heated & shaped creates these colours when subjected to polarising filters.( the things we cant see with the human eye is quite fanatastic ) The technique requires placing the object on a polarised sheet on a lightbox and then a polariser is used on the lens. If you dont have a polarised sheet you can turn your laptop screen upside down and use it as a lightbox. Laptop screens have a polarised film over them (I didnt know that !!??) Here I have used a small spoon and 1 half of salad server. What do you think. Ask if I've missed something out
