Playing with raindrops

It had to be raindrops today, no competition. The first decent rainfall for some weeks. I could stand under the eaves at the front door and move around to get the best light and background. These are the seed pods of the black flax rejoicing in the rain.
I wasn't sure about raindrops streaking in the background so rang a friend who assured me they were fine.
