Can you tell who it is?

Meeting today at the job centre saw me left alone for a while so I amused myself by taking a picture of this sign on the Advisor's desk. The blurb beside it said the if I were to scan it, I would get her contact details added to my phone. I don't currently have a QR scanner on my phone so I thought I'd experiment and see if I could scan it from a photo!

If you get to it before me, you could just tell me who she is and I'll just write it on a bit paper!!
