Weather Bomb Day

Keeping my fingers crossed for all the high tide-vulnerable places on Arran but just a Scottish wet and windy day in Glasgow with black skies and gleaming sunlight, and North Lanarkshire. May regret saying so later, with snow forecast, but the media are hyping it for all it is worth; Morning Call devoted to folk being asked to report on the hell they were experiencing: weary Highlands and Islands voices explaining that this is what weather does and they are taking sensible precautions!
