Russian Snow

A Genuine touristy Russian Christmas tree Christmas tree decoration all the way from St Petersburg.

When Mom & Dad went on their Baltic cruise back at the end of May, one of the presents they brought back was a set of Christmas decorations. Not so festive in May/June but really come into their own in December. They're mostly Russian doll shaped with a Mary(?) and Father Christmas -or Ded Moroz, apparently.
Then there's a bell and this tree.

I decided to play with a torch bit of off camera lighting to get shadow and reflection from the tree and ribbon.


It's also put the song Russian Snow by Tiny Dancers in my head this evening.
