Onion Marmalade

Goodness it has been wild today but at least we have been luckier than some parts of the country.

The river burst it's banks but not enough to flood the road and although the wind has been high it doesn't seem to have caused any damage.

A perfect day to crack on with the festive prep. and some onion marmalade was made. So, to carry on with the theme I thought it best to try the taster test.

Quite nice though perhaps could do with something else to give it a little kick.
