That's what this is more or less. An empty tanker with oil prices at the lowest levels since years. There's plenty of oil available but nobody is buying or shipping it with lowering prices. This is the new Chinese tanker "Xin Dang Yan". She is pretty new, only one year old and at anchor at Malongo Tanker Anchorage offshore Angola. That's where we are at this moment. We've completed our Oil Company inspections and are waiting for permission to leave for location. I am not sure where this tanker is waiting for, but as soon as she starts loading she will not stop befor she has more or less 320.000 tons of crude on board.
