Blipper 'D' blipped about this and I wanted to hear it for myself. The speaker talks about how the medical profession treats patients with terminal diagnoses and whether there should be less focus on length of life and more emphasis on quality of life. It's well worth a listen.

D also 'spoke' about other people's reactions to sadness. I found myself nodding in agreement. There seems to be a great deal of expectation to always be 'happy' but that is surely an impossible state to be in.

This was going to turn into a rant but I have homework to do (in front of a roaring fire) and I'm feeling far too apathetic...
