10th day of advent...

This is the scene that greeted me as I arrived in the car park at school today! It is especially welcome as we have had a few weeks of rather dark, grey, low-cloud weather.

Last winter especially, I hated leaving Philip in the morning when it was dark and getting home to him in the dark. However, the benefit of leaving home in the dark is that I drive south-east towards the sunrise and the magnificent changes seen in the sky in just 25 minutes are often very humbling.
