Water

After a period of drought we have had plenty of rain this year and our local reservoir is as full as I have ever seen it! This is good news as there are plenty of fish downstream that depend on a good flow of water to survive.

These trees are usually set far back from the water but with the water level as high as it is now, they are on the shore and make for some colorful reflections in the water catching the morning light.

I don't like the power lines but did not have the time to edit them out - in any case, I don't think they impact the shot too much.
