Busy day, made it through to Edinburgh for the Economic Forum, despite the threat of the 'weatherbomb'. Very impressed with our new First Minister's speech and the accessibility of the Cabinet Ministers. Lots of discussion about a fair society and the role of public and private sectors.

Went out for dinner later to celebrate Andrew's birthday. We went to TriBeCa, the new wee diner just around the corner, and had a very pleasant meal. Steak, burgers, awesome desserts. This is the ceiling.
