Tall

One day he won't have to reach up to the door handle. One day he will be so tall and he will walk through our front door and not look back.
A quiet day mostly spent at home. I said to Jacob that there were certain words I want to remember (nilp = milk) because one day he will grow up and not say them, and he won't want to hang out with me. He was a bit worried about where I would be going but when I reassured him that I would always be here and he would have his own friends and maybe even a girlfriend to hang out with he said "Jacob might have a girlfriend one day. Jacob might have a princess!" It was very sweet. Any princess would be lucky to have him.
