Poetic Return

A good start to the day with a positive response about a project which I thought wasn't going to happen. It was then followed by two more equally supportive messages which made for a better day all round. In fact, it was generally a day of things starting to come together quite well. Long may it continue. And tonight, still working once Bailey was in bed, including a return to a poet that I have not taught for about six years. I'm not sure what Y12s will make of Romanticism, particularly as they've made heavy work of Shakespeare already this year. Perhaps I need to be a bit more optimistic.
