Sisters

On Wednesday I meet with a group of ladies at an assisted living facility. We have met for many years and when one of the ladies needed to have more help, she moved here so we decided it would be a good lunch spot also. This is two of the ladies and they are sisters. One is 92 and the other on the left is 88. On the left, this very special lady has stage 7 Alzheimer's. It is so sad, but her Granddaughter brings her faithfully to be with us. She is taking such good care of her. She has been a special friend for so many years. It's such a sad illness. She still has her happy face, just doesn't say much. At lease she still remembers us. We treasure each time we get together. A bush on the outside of the facility has these beautiful pink roses and many rose hips. Just thought it would add a pretty touch.
