Finished...

My Cape Buffalo is ready to go to the foundry....took this quick snap of the fierce beast before I turned off all the studio lights and headed down the hill to the house. I added some South African cave drawings to the base...not very visible here, but will show up in bronze with patina. I am looking forward to its visage in the metal....so many weeks from now. I'll be able to take it to my biggest show in March.
