Mr. Northern Cardinal

Well today we got some of the snow that the tv stations have been talking about. Also it was very windy. This male cardinal was spending most of his time in the lilac bush. Every so often he'd go to the feeder, but I could never catch him there.

I got to work today after just a dusting of snow on the ground. When I left work it was coming down heavier. By nightfall we had a few inches and it was still coming down steadily. Mr M got home from work ok, said for most of his drive the roads were bare, but as he got closer to home, there was more snow. Luckily he's off tomorrow.
