Pop to The Shop

We have no shop in our village, but this one thrives in the next village a very short drive (or a longer walk) away. It is so useful, and still has a busy post office! Outside there is always a selection of plants and flowers, very tempting!
This afternoon I posted cards and parcels to go overseas, and then home to make the Christmas cake. It was good to have a day at home catching up!
