Today went much better than I anticipated. Had much better contact with the people in the office than the last time. Enjoyed a 3 course lunch, about 3 times as much as I normally eat lunchtime. Perfect blue skies and sunshine all day, but was obviously dark by the time I got back to the hotel.
Feeling a bit tired, so decided to wait until tomorrow morning for my run.
So went out and had a walk and some more to eat!
