Snowy Walk to School

Ethan was most excited when he realised it had started to snow while he was getting dressed this morning! Eden arrived with Foreveryoung shortly afterwards and both kids were very keen to walk through the snow to school. You can't see it in this photo but it was actually coming down quite heavily at this point!

Eden then spent the morning with me while Foreveryoung went back to the hospital. I had lots of shopping to do at various different shops, in preparation for Ethan's birthday party. Eden coped with being dragged round so many places much better than Ethan would have done!

Grandpa had arrived by the time we got home. Foreveryoung came back while we were finishing lunch (or refusing it in Eden's case) and took her home, while Grandpa and I went up to the school for Ethan's nativity. He was a King this year which he was pleased about. The P1s didn't have any lines - that was left to the P3s, who did a great job.

We had another snowy walk home, with Grandpa and Ethan having a snowball fight on the way. Then I took Ethan to football, followed by softplay.

So another busy "day off" for me!
