I didn't do much today; paperwork sorting and PSA organising meant housework was ignored. My mood is getting worse, worrying about Dad because I'm not in control of the situation is causing me a lot of anxiety. I couldn't face visiting him today, I want to be there to keep him sane but the other residents make my heart break. I wish I had a magic wand.
