Wakehurst at Christmas

This was the first time we have visited Wakehurst since around March when they introduced the parking charges :(

Throughout December and January however, they are offering 90 minutes free parking :)

This was plenty of time for a wander around, piece of cake and of course to see the huge Californian Redwood all lit up.

It was lovely and the kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves however it was very sad that at a time when in previous years it would have been extremely busy, we only actually saw Three other people.
