Old Pines

As a birthday treat, Mo arranged a stay at Old Pines - a restaurant with rooms near Spean Bridge.

A splendidly eccentric place, where the owners had 8 kids, I seem to remember. Fantastic food, and my first taste of Château Musar. Glorious sunny cold weather with snow on the hills.
