The Thursday Bonfire

Today was the last meeting this year of the Osborne House woodland volunteers before the holiday break.
We managed to get a roaring fire going for a few hours but dispensed with the baked potatoes as we later gathered at a riverside pub to celebrate another year in these magical surroundings.
It's good to think that through our efforts another area of forest is now ready to regenerate with new life in the coming years.
