My carrot cake...

is in demand!

I baked one on Wednesday, for Mr K's retired colleagues who were visiting his office for coffee and cake on Thursday afternoon...

His colleagues sung it's praises and asked for the recipe (it's from the Pret cookbook)...

One of them has his birthday tomorrow, so I've made a surprise one for him and Mr K
is delivering it early in the morning... It will look lovely when it's iced and has it's sugar carrots on top! I hope it'll be a good one!
