Christmas Lights in the Village

Wandered into town this evening to see that the Christmas lights have been finished. The 12th Century Gallo-Roman church dome can just be seem off in the distance. Not much has changed here for a long time, except the advent of electricity. Wonder how the Romans lit up the town square............
