Blipvent Calendar #12: Amish Police Cart!

I think whoever packs up the Lego pieces for this advent calendar is evil, or possibly drunk on the job. Today I got what looked like a robot dog and a set of train line points. Neither of which I could reliably work into my rambling narrative - too random even for me. So I used the parts mixed in with bits from other days...

So the cop from yesterday called for backup. But the only response he got was from the local APD - Amish Police Department! Who arrived on their fastest Police Cart!
