The View from Greenwich

After all the fun of last night's blipmeet, we stayed over in London for the night. Another day off for both of us today and more Christmas shopping. We headed over to Greenwich Market for more of an independent choice, there was some really interesting stuff and a few more were ticked off the list. In sharp contrast, we then headed home via Westfield at Stratford for some lunch and a few other bits and pieces. Interesting to see just how extensive the ongoing redevelopment is in the former Olympic park next door.

Home in time for the girls to arrive, we've had a great couple of days and now we have a weekend to enjoy.

This is the view across from Greenwich into the city this morning, a grey day but a different perspective on the some of the skyline I (Chris) regularly see at much closer quarters.
