CHRISTMAS PRESENTS

Work is still ongoing with the floor repair from the leaking boiler. Damaged flooring now cut out. New flooring cut to shape and drilled ready for installation. Dehumidifier working round the clock to dry out the rest of the floor before new flooring can be installed. However, the good news is, I'm not going to bore you with yet another picture of my derelict utility room. No, instead I'm going to give you all some Christmas Presents!
