X marks the spot

Thank you so much for sending yesterday's wee bee to the top spot on spotlight!

In comparison to yesterday's warm light at home, today was a grey old day at Sumner. The only sunshine was on the swimming flags. The only swimmers were of the feathered variety.

I liked the cross created by the life saver's four wheelers when they were putting the flags out. X marks the place to swim.

I went shoe shopping this afternoon- with something specific in mind - and didn't buy any. Woe is me.
