Hot Water

This gives proper practically boiling water on demand, unlike in our old office where we could only hope for lukewarm at the best. Now we can have decent cups of tea, the teabags disappear like nobody's business.

The downside of this is that it is situated over the sink and right next to the tap. I'm not the only one who has reached for this hot water tap to wash my hands, stopping myself just in time.
