Alfie Boe...

... At the O2 arena.

My birthday present from G & T and what a fab pressie it was too!! We had half hour of being entertained by the trio Sole Mio, who were wonderful and then a brilliant 2 hours of Alfie. He was fabulous, funny and very easy on the eye to watch. There was also a guest appearance by Rick Wakeman, which pleased Mr C enormously. A fantastic evening!

I had felt a little poorly last night, cold and hot. Got up at 3, awake for a few hours before snoozing on the sofa. After 2 dress rehearsals at school (it is videoed so a DVD can be made for the parents), I was feeling pretty shattered. But that didn't stop me having a lovely evening!
