Mr Splendid Wren

This beautiful boy was at my friend's house this morning. We used to have them here, however, now we have ravens, kookaburras (not native to WA) and butcher birds :(
These birds eat the eggs and young of the wrens and robins - I know which ones I would rather host at our property!!

Miss E's dancing concert went off beautifully - she went on stage, did some of the movements, didn't cry, had fun and came home with a really ugly pink beautiful trophy for the Most Exceptional Dancer in the toddlers group!! (I don't really believe this happened! - Toddlers and Tiaras springs to mind ;) )

Thank you for so many lovely comments, hearts and stars for low tide yesterday - it spent a lovely day in the spotlight :)
