A misty Fewa Lake
We wake this morning and suddenly its freezing ... well, not literally but see your breath cold which is colder than we're used to. After one final call to confirm there is still no visa we book our flights to Thailand, leaving from Kathmandu to Bangkok on the 18th December ... YAY some sunshine and different scenery to look forward to. We're planning a few nights in Bangkok then heading down to Koh Chang for Christmas and New Year.
Its not a choice we wanted to make but we're pleased we have now. We won't think about Indian visas again until the new year!
The sun finally breaks through the haze in the late morning. We enjoy a few hours by the lake then head to another yoga class at the same place as the one the other morning. Different teacher but an equally good class which lasts about two hours. We're the only ones in there apart from a French Johnny Swinhoe lookalike who was also here the other morning. If you know Johnny, you'd know the thought of him doing yoga is enough to make you lose your concentration and giggle when its least appropriate!
After yoga and dinner we head to the open air cinema again for a horror movie, based on a true story apparently, called The Conjuring. Its not the best but its alright and a bit scary in parts ... we huddle up under blankets while we watch as its a chilly night.
