High water mark

I had a few jobs to do and presents/cards to sort out so I popped into town during my extended lunch break.
I parked in Frankwell and noticed that the river level is creeping up. There'll be a cancelled parkrun before too long.

This was under the arches of the Welsh bridge on the way back to the car, the path on the other side is already flooded.
