Slow speed waterfall

Couldn't run or get out on the bike due to a heavy frost so took myself and the camera out for a walk , exciting slide down the river bank to set up this long exposure shot of the small waterfall which turned out not too bad given it was hand held with no tri/monopod available - needless to say my exit from the small gorge was slower than the entry but equally, if not more exciting , eventually necessitating the use of my fingertips sunk into leaf mould and a large stick as an anchor point to haul me up the steepest section above the pool, never a dull moment !
