The children's tree

We're all trying to do Christmas a little differently this year, in the hope that we'll be able to survive the celebrations without being too sad for the loss of my Mum's company. The children have never had a Christmas without Grandma.

They decided that instead of our usual wild colourful tree with the decorations collected over the years, we'd go for a more restrained theme with just gold and silver decor. So here it is. They made a good job - but there's NO chocolate!
