Highland Breeze

As the weather continued to be cold, windy and we even had a little snow, it was lovely to be welcomed to the Scotch Whisky Experience this evening. I thought this "Highland Breeze" was an appropriate whisky name for the time of year.

I was with a group of marketers and bloggers who were delighted with the welcome we received by the staff who made us very welcome. The food was superb, and a definite reason to visit the Amber Restaurant. We were served a canapé which had fillet of Mey Castle beef on it with wild mushrooms which was simply the best thing I've tasted in a while. Delicious!
