Anyone for a smoke?

Actually it's steam, but I thought it looked rather like a strange character smoking - I don't know whether anyone else can see it! I saw the interesting patterns in the steam when I was cooking lunch today. The sun was lighting up the steam and making it more visible. I got a bit transfixed, but managed somehow not to burn the food! ;-)

All the Christmas cards, except one which I still have to buy, are written - phew! I've also wrapped a few presents, so preparations are well underway.
