Chilly Outside

The lovely snow has turned to solid ice and I'm staying indoors today, doing some more baking. Enjoyed watching the birds through the kitchen window and they included lots of sparrows, three robins (managed to get a shot of just two of them together), a goldfinch (which we haven't seen for a long time), wood pigeons, collared doves and dozens of blackbirds. All that was missing was the partridge in the pear tree:-)

This poor little chap looked rather miserable as he sat waiting his turn at the feeder, so he's my blip for today, although it's not the clearest of shots.

It's going to warm up tomorrow - to a whole 7 degrees:-)
