Some idiot in a bashed up Corsa tried very hard to kill me tonight. Emergency stop on icy roads is NOT recommended, but unfortunately was very necessary when the aforementioned twonk pulled out of a side road not more than 3 car lengths ahead of me - didn't look until he was half way out and I could see the whites of his hideously stupid eyes. He was wearing headphones and the drivers side of his car bore the scars of previous incidents.

Fortunately, I was paying attention.

I am a tad sore though.

I should have stopped to get his registration but it was dark and it was not a nice part of town.
