Coolum

It was just fantastic to walk along the beach this morning with a strong southerly blowing and storm clouds gathering out to sea. As you can see there were very few beach goers willing to tackle the surf today.

The flags are placed strategically by the surf life savers and swimmers must swim between the flags. The black and white flags at each end indicate to show the surf board riders their designated area. Just keeps everyone a bit safer.

I had a bit of trouble deciding which image to blip and it would be fun to put it to the vote. The four that were in the mix are here. Let me know what you would have blipped - if you some spare time on your hands, I would appreciate your feedback!!

PS - Coolum is a seaside village approximately 30 minutes drive south of Noosa in Queensland.
