Our Les Is Off

We all went to the pub to see off Our Les who is leaving Cambridge after a looong time, she is off ooop north to live with her new man and start a new job, a fantastic and exciting moment for her and we are both chuffed to see her so happy (though there were some tears as well!).

Mr Upton made it along too with his new phone (with which he took this picture). Always a pleasure. Ang was there with her man, the first time we had met and he was lovely. I had to drag Tara out of her grasp when we left!! ;-)

The day was fun, I spent all of it with the Little Lady who was in and out of the car as we were out and about, we bought an Xmas tree together and went to Linton, we went shopping for tree lights and storage solutions as well as going to the Fulbourn Xmas fair (we got a tree decoration from Chile!)

The Mrs did shed loads of cleaning and organising and the house is looking great :-) On the way home from the pub Tara was in stitches, it sounded brilliant though I dont know what the Mrs was doing to her!!
